My latest mystery.... an Orchid I received as a gift ... after blooming, I cut the 2 flower stalks and put them in water just to see what might happen....
And leaves grew. Now what should I do? I don't want to remove them from the water since they are thriving in this way.
Plants I am unable to identify... growing in my garden.
These lovely willow leaf, yellow and orange flower plants are growing near the wooded area but are in partial sun. Any guesses......?
I have gotten the answer to the mystery: The above plant is a snapdragon. I believe it is the dwarf, Antirrhinum majus dwarf.

These beauties sprouted up in a small bed near the pool. The flower stems are upright and the coral flowers remind me of snapdragon flowers.
This is apparently a salvia. I believe it is Salvia coccinea 'coral nymph' (aka Texas sage, hummingbird sage).
